Executive Assistant to CEO

Mewoc Technologies is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in customized software development, CRM solutions, dedicated and virtual servers, and digital branding services for FinTech, SMEs, and startups. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive Assistant to the CEO** to support our leadership team and help drive business efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- **Communication Management**: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and business initiatives.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- **Research & Data Analysis**: Conduct market research and provide insights to support business decisions.
- **Event & Meeting Coordination**: Organize executive meetings, conferences, and team events.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in daily operations.
**Education**: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
**Experience**: 0-2 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the IT or FinTech industry.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
