Concept: Premium Fine Dining (180 covers)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across all cuisines
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with FSSAI regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
- Innovate and contribute ideas for seasonal and specialty menus
- Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef

Key Skills Required:

- Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, Mexican, and Italian cuisines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute
