**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Handle billing and invoicing tasks accurately if needed.
- Maintain and update records and databases as required.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Assist with telecalling and follow-up calls to clients as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is a benefit.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
