Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls, route calls to appropriate departments, and take messages
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Support HR, Admin, or other departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree
- certification in administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
