
Sales Administrator

**Summary**
As part of the Sales Operations & Global Solutions team, the Sales Administrator is responsible for providing support and assistance to the team, as well as the greater Sales organization, in various aspects of contract management, revenue operations, and proposal process.
**Essential Duties + Responsibilities**
**Contractual Management**
- Provide assistance in handling and completing supplier onboarding documentation and activities, including questionnaires, forms, supplemental documentation, legal review, and signatures.
- Provide assistance in handling and completing client contract-related documentation and activities, including questionnaires, forms, supplemental documentation, legal review, and signatures.
- Manage the appropriate storage, version control, and tracking of all documentation related to client contracts and supplier onboarding.
**Revenue Operations**
- Manage activities related to sales systems and tools (i.e.: HubSpot, Gong, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.), including client onboarding, user set-up and training, user manual documentation, tech support, and troubleshooting, system analytics, maintenance, license management, feature know-how, data quality supervision, and new technology research.
- Provide assistance with sales revenue and related BI, including data visualization, reports generation, and distribution (from HubSpot, QlikSense, or related tools).
**Proposals and Solutions**
- Provide assistance in coordinating the RFP process, handling, and completing related documentation, including
questionnaires, forms, supplemental documentation, legal review, and signatures.
- Provide assistance in managing activities related to inter-departmental systems and tools (i.e.: RFPIO, JitBit, etc.), including library maintenance, user set-up and training, user manual documentation, tech support, and troubleshooting, system analytics, maintenance, license management, feature know-how, data quality supervision, and new technology research.
- Provide assistance within inter-departmental (Sales Operations & Global Solutions team) statistics and related BI, including data visualization, report generation, and distribution.
- Collaborate in a team environment to complete assigned tasks.
- Provide support within the Sales Operations & Global Solutions team as well as the greater Sales organization.
- Other duties as may be reasonably requested.
**Education, Experience + Skills**
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within sales administration preferred.
- Willingness to learn about the B2B industry and an interest in sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of BI and data modeling is a plus.
- Great organizational, people, and soft skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Technical know-how and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Energetic self-starter who takes initiative and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
