About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
who will play a key role in supporting the sales team with
administrative tasks, financial coordination, and operational efficiency
. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
sales operations, invoicing, and finance-related activities
along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
- Prepare and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and client documentation.
- Ensure CRM / sales records are updated, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
- Assist sales team with reports, follow-ups, and customer coordination.
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure timely data availability for management reviews.
Finance & Operations
- Generate invoices, track payments, and manage collections in coordination with the finance team.
- Reconcile sales orders with finance records and highlight discrepancies.
- Support in preparing sales revenue reports, outstanding reports, and credit/debit note documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Coordination
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth business flow.
- Ensure timely closure of administrative and financial requirements linked to sales deals.
- Handle vendor/client onboarding formalities and contract management.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Operations with finance exposure.
- Hands-on experience in
MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools
(Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot preferred). - Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales-finance coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
