NJP Healthcare is a prime manufacturer and supplier of herbal ingredients like Giloy extract powder, Neem seed Oil (Taila), Rose Ark (Distillate) and Ashwagandha Raw Powder (Churna). We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales and Marketing administrator to further enhance our customer service and sales service across all key stakeholders.

As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Coordination with On Field Sale Team. Creating reports on account progress.
- You will Compile daily staff expense and visit reports and maintain sales MIS and KPI metrics.
- You will ensure that Sales Executive’s inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner. Day to day coordination with factory.
- Preparing Sales Invoice. Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders. Handling online marketing sale. Handling website of company. Identifying inefficiencies in the sales process.
- Assist the Management to plan and execute strategies to improve company’s growth.
- To deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales team with daily sales administration activities. Maintaining and Publishing Product Price-List. Outstanding Follow up with Clients/Sales Executives.
- Responding to incoming enquiries. Order Entry and check that delivery and contact details are correct and update customer records with any changes.
- Order Processing in CRM given by Management and check the order to ensure that correct details are entered, such as prices, discounts or product codes. Prepare Quotation, Proforma Invoice. Liaise with the Operations department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handling technical inquiries. Dispatching, tracking and handling sample orders.
- Managing Head Office products dispatch and inventory.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders for product design and development.
- Cold calling and implementing quality lead generation strategies for handover to the Sales team.
- Assisting and executing brand marketing planning and activities.
- Developing multi-point client communication strategies to ensure the best customer service.
- Executing all sales development strategies and actions to hand over to the sales representatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
