**Why the Marketing Administrator role matters**
We accelerate revenue growth for businesses by turning live chat into a CRO (conversion rate optimisation) solution
Our hundreds of customers - from leading global brands to ambitious start-ups - do not want a customer support bot, but a revenue-generating tool that moves the needle on the digital marketing metrics they care about.
Whilst human agents sit behind chats, our goal is to automate their workflows, minimising their required input through effective technology and conversation design. This enables scalability, quality assurance and ultimately increases our customers’ return on investment by reducing the cost of providing human
- powered responses.
**What the job involves**
Ownership of all aspects in Marketing Administration across the business with includes:
- Proofreading for all marketing collateral
- Load new content on the website such as blog posts, press releases and landing pages
- Market research
- Update monthly reports and presentations
- Manage marketing files and collateral distribution to sales team
**Requirements of the role The details**
- 1 -2 years administrative experience (with international brands preferred)
- Great administrative and English communication skills but interested in a marketing career
- Good with technology and new platforms
- Attention to detail - seeing someone be inconsistent with fonts or make grammatical errors will annoy you
- Task oriented but you care about the big picture
- Interested in how businesses use social media and websites
- Care about the way things look - you may have dabbled in Canva
- Good at juggling multiple projects at the same time
- Experience with marketing tools are beneficial (even ifthis is simply using PowerPoint) but this role will involve word press, canva, google slides, sheets and more.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Communications or related field
(Master’s/MBA Preferred)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
