
Administration Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily administrative tasks to support the smooth running of our activewear brand operations.
- Prepare and follow up on documentation such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Respond to customer complaints and issues with prompt solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and building brand loyalty.
- Track and maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- A diploma in any relevant field (preferably with experience in administrative support).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to work with data management tools.
- Courteous, resourceful, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Interest in or knowledge of the activewear or fashion industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
