As we continue to expand our clientele, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and personalized outreach. Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet their business objectives.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our services, discuss their requirements, and showcase the value proposition of working with Digivik Business Solutions.
- **Deal Closure**: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to prioritize opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide valuable insights and feedback to optimize marketing strategies and service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings and field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
