**Job Title: Field Sales**

Job Summary: As a Sales Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. You will play in expanding our client base, generating revenue, and contributing to overall success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting:

- Research and identify clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events).
- Qualify leads by assessing their business needs and determining their potential to convert into customers.
- Client Relationship Manager:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Create more accounts and set clear, measurable objectives for each account and ensure continuous alignment with customer needs.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing:

- Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to coordinate proposals, contracts and final agreements.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company’s core values, including integrity, respect, excellence, and collaboration in all interactions with clients.
- Follow the principle of under-promising and over-delivering. Always set realistic expectations with customers, ensuring that any promises made are achievable and aligned with the company’s capabilities and offerings.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and sales strategies.
- Reporting and CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Regularly report on sales performance, including achievements, challenges, and forecasts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BE Civil, B.Arch., Business, Marketing, or a related field(preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C experience a plus)

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Experience in Architectural or Civil Industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI’S.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Work Experience and Skills**:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C experience a plus)
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on delivering value for both the company and the client.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools to track activities and manage relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Sales Acumen: Engage with clients and close deals with values and ethics.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- The Business Development Manager may need to work evenings and weekends to meet targets or deadlines.
