**Salary**: -20,000-30,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Education: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Eligibility: -Only Males

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Representative within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. As a crucial member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective distribution of our products within designated territories. **Responsibilities**:

- Execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Identify and prospect new clients while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Ensure optimal product visibility and placement in retail stores.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
