**JEWELLERY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a current understanding of the company's products, services, and customer service policies.
- When necessary, capture customer interactions, compile papers, and communicate information to interested parties.
- In answer to customer questions, respond simply and clearly, and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
- Identify relevant characteristics and benefits to recommend new products or services, or provide suggestions for changes.
- Assist customers by teaching how to use products and programmes and responding to any queries they may have.
- Participate in internal or external training possibilities provided by the organisation.
- Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a positive relationship with them.

**Skills**:

- **JEWELLERY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY**:

- Degree in marketing, sales, communication, or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
