**CNC Lathe Machine Operator**

Location - Chandivali, Sakinaka.

Time - 8 am to 8 pm

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Set up and manage CNC machines to perform jobs as per given specification.

2. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine.

3. Perform visual inspection of job and check dimensional accuracy as per given drawing.

4. Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or program.

5. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tool, attachments, accessories on Machine.

6. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measuring instruments.

7. Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions and change tooling when worn, damage.

8. Setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds as per requirement of job.

9. Adhere to quality assurance procedure and processes.

10. Must perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner adhering to strict Safety Guidelines.

11. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

12. Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment used.

13. Performs routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.

14. Confers with engineers, production personal ,programmers, or others to resolve machine
