**Job Summary**:
The CNC Lathe Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires technical expertise in CNC lathe operations, adherence to quality standards, and a focus on efficiency and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce components according to drawings and job orders.
- Load raw materials and perform necessary adjustments to achieve required dimensions.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent product quality and precision.
- Conduct routine checks, measurements, and inspections using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machines and report mechanical or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records and report daily output.
- Ensure all finished components meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain cleanliness around the work area.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams for machine upkeep and improvements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum **0 TO 4 years** of experience in operating CNC lathe machines.
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and offsets (preferred).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
