CNC Lathe Operator – Experienced (Minimum 10 Years)

Location: Navi mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Manufacturing / Production

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Operator with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in precision machining. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in setup, programming, and operation of CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines for precision production.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and quality standards.
  • Conduct tool changes, offsets, and preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize machining processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety and company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming principles.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and produce quality parts.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience with [specific machine brand or control, e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc] is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
