**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe/milling/drilling/etc.) as per job requirements.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and positioning.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Perform basic maintenance on machines and keep work area clean.
- Report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in all operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
- Experience with CNC lathe, milling, or turning machines.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code (optional but desirable).
