Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Lathe Programmer located in Pune. The CNC Lathe Programmer is responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC and milling machines, and ensuring precise machining operations. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment to achieve the highest level of efficiency and accuracy in production.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CNC Programming and Machining
  • Experience with Technical Drawing and Milling
  • Strong skills in Programming and machining techniques
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
