**CNC Programmer (Sliding Headstock Machines)**

**Position**: CNC Programmer
**Experience Level**: 2 to 4 Years
**Location**: Pune / Maharashtra

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop CNC programs for sliding headstock machines to manufacture complex parts with precision.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are utilized.
- Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs and machine processes as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably with expertise in sliding headstock machines (Citizen, Tornos, Miyano, etc.).
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code), CAD/CAM software, and machine controls.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
