Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Experience Management**: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- **Order Management**: Take accurate food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train servers, bussers, and other front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that all items are stocked and organized.
- **Training and Mentorship**: Conduct training sessions for new staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to effectively assist guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to manage difficult situations gracefully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

How to Apply:
