**Job Title : Meta Ads Expert (Digital Marketing)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and build highly targeted ad campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data, including A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated with Meta's evolving ad policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital advertising space.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign-related issues in a timely manner.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or in a similar role within digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in campaign optimization strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.
- Experience with budget management and scaling ad spend efficiently.
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel and Conversion API.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Meta Blueprint courses.
- Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or app install campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Location**: On-site, madhapur, hyderabad

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
