Key Responsibilities
- **Campaign Management**: Develop, launch, and oversee Meta ad campaigns aimed at achieving specific business objectives.
- **Audience Targeting**: Utilize Meta's audience insights and custom audience tools to reach and engage the right target groups.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and ad copy that align with campaign objectives.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct ongoing A/B tests to optimize ad performance and identify high-performing variations.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- **Reporting**: Provide clients and stakeholders with regular performance reports and insights into campaign progress and success.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.

Desired Skills & Experience
- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success in managing Meta Ads campaigns with a track record of high return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Technical Proficiency**: In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and other related tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- **Creative Eye**: Ability to work with creative teams and provide feedback on ad creatives to enhance engagement.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data-driven insights and collaborate with clients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous with campaign tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity in client communications.
