**Job Role** - Retention Marketing Executive

Location - Mumbai

Employment Type - Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- **SMS Marketing**:

- Design and implement SMS marketing campaigns to reach customers with timely and relevant messages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results.
- **WhatsApp Marketing**:

- Create and manage WhatsApp marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop personalized and interactive messaging strategies.
- **Customer Journey Flow Creation & Management**:

- Map out and manage customer journey flows to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
- Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- **Meeting Retention Marketing Goals**:

- Set and achieve retention marketing goals, such as customer retention rates, repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Retention Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.
- **Personalized Communication**:

- Create personalized communication strategies to build strong relationships with customers.
- Utilize customer data and insights to tailor messages and offers.
- **Loyalty Program Management**:

- Oversee the development and management of customer loyalty programs.
- Ensure loyalty programs are effectively driving customer retention and engagement.
- **Customer Feedback and Reviews**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze retention marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports to track performance and provide insights to the management team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalized communication, and loyalty programs.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Netcore, Webengage, etc) and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Passion for skincare and staying updated on industry trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
