**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation for meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries, optimizing time and cost.
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile documents, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- **Communication Management**:
- Screen incoming communication, prioritizing requests and ensuring prompt response or delegation.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:
- Organize internal and external meetings, managing logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate and plan corporate events, presentations, and conferences as required.
- Handle VIP visitor arrangements and liaise with relevant departments to ensure a smooth visit.
- **Documentation and Information Management**:
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents for the CEO.
- Track key deadlines, manage task lists, and ensure timely completion of CEO action items.
- Prepare and analyze reports or presentations based on business needs and CEO directives.
- **Project Support**:
- Assist in special projects, conducting research and gathering information as directed.
- Actively follow up on ongoing projects and provide updates to the CEO.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to ongoing projects or business performance.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee the CEO’s expenses, manage budget-related tasks, and process reimbursements.
- Order and maintain supplies required for the CEO's office.
- Support other administrative functions as required, assisting the executive team when needed.
- **Liaison with Internal and External Stakeholders**:
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, board members, and stakeholders.
- Foster and manage relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors.
- Represent the CEO in meetings or events as directed.
**Key Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year in an executive assistant or personal assistant role, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Proven track record of handling confidential information and providing high-level support.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
