Draft official correspondence, internal circulars, and maintain clear and professional communication with senior management. ∙**Office** **&**Administrative**Management:* Oversee the smooth functioning of the office by maintaining organized filing systems, updating databases, and managing contact directories to ensure operational efficiency. ∙**Multitasking** **&**Coordination:* Handle a wide range of responsibilities, including secretarial functions, document control, correspondence, and interdepartmental coordination to support daily operations. ∙**Meeting** **Management**: Schedule and organize executive meetings, conferences, and events with a strong focus on planning, logistics, and attention to detail. Responsible for preparing and circulating Minutes of Meetings (MoM). ∙**Travel** **Management**: Coordinate complex travel arrangements—both international and domestic—including visa processing, itinerary planning, bookings, and expense reporting for the COO and senior management. ∙**MIS** **&**Reporting:* Prepare regular MIS reports, executive dashboards, and analytical summaries, ensuring timely data inputs and accuracy in reporting formats. ∙**Team** **Supervision**: Lead and supervise administrative and office support teams, ensuring smooth execution of tasks while maintaining workflow discipline and adherence to deadlines. ∙**Event** **Management**: Assist in organizing and executing high-level corporate events such as annual conferences, supplier meets, and customer seminars. ∙**Cultural** **&**Global**Exposure:* Possess hands-on experience working in both domestic and international environments.
