**Job Summary**

Develop, maintain and retain business via onsite visits and phone calls. You are expected to visit dental clinics and dental colleges, hospitals and wholesale distributors for lead generation activities, including cold calling, to identify and target potential clients, make sales and educate them on our products. Travelling for sales and business generation will be an essential part of your job.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Drive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects through the sale of dental products.
2. Achieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting and converting prospect accounts and new business.
3. Attend and represent company at customer events as required, including but not limited to regional events and national trade shows.
4. Regular use of all sales tools, such as CRM, to effectively plan and measure sales activities against territory's current customer base and prospective customers.

5. Set up and manage daily meetings with prospective clients

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of experience as Sales.Marketing representative in pharma sales/medical sales/dental sales is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dental products and equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Should be fine with travelling.
- Should have a vehicle of his own.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Medical/Pharma Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Dental sales: 3 years (preferred)
