
Dental Growth Strategist

Dental Implants Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading the growth of our dental implant business. This position involves educating clients about the benefits of immediate loading implants, collaborating with dental surgeons, corporate institutions, and hospitals to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to effectively communicate complex product information, and possess the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and invite potential dentists for Cortico Basal Implantology courses.
- Ensure participation commitment from invited dentists.
- Acquire new clients and generate sales through them.
- Boost sales volume from existing clients.
- Ensure timely payment receipts against sales.
- Motivate and activate existing course participants to start using our systems.
- Nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and engage with institutional and corporate clients to drive sales.
- Manage business independently within assigned territories.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Develop effective financial plans for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle key accounts geographically.
- Graduate/BDS/Post Graduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in the medical dental industry.
