**Job Title: Sales Associate - Immigration Services**
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Cold Calling**:Conduct proactive cold calling to identify and reach out to potential clients interested in immigration services.
Research and compile lists of potential leads and prospects.
Initiate conversations, build rapport, and effectively communicate the benefits of the company's immigration services.
**Client Acquisition**:Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into clients and meet or exceed sales targets.
Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' immigration needs, and tailoring solutions to match their requirements.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company's services, pricing, and processes.
**Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
**Consultative Selling**:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their immigration goals, eligibility, and preferences.
Provide expert guidance on available immigration pathways, highlighting the advantages of the company's services.
**Sales Collateral and Documentation**:Prepare and present sales materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to better assist clients and identify new opportunities.
**Continual Learning**:Stay updated on the company's range of services, immigration options, and related updates to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, consultancy, or service industry.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with immigration regulations and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
