**Role Purpose**

To supervise and coordinate assigned aircraft handling activities to ensure safe on-time turnaround process and that the aircraft is operated within their operational limits with regards to weight and balance. Furthermore, the role requires timely documentation, information transmission, information recording (OCC) and control in accordance with the airlines, airport, departmental SOP and QHSE norms & standards.

**What you will be doing**
- Monitor flight movement and information (arrival/ departure, gate change, flight delays, etc.) and ensure timely communication with all concerned department and personnel to ensure operations as per the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure completion, collection and delivery of flight documents and procedures, as required, for ensuring safe operations and procedural compliance.
- Use radio contacts to maintain operational ramp control of all flights, ensuring availability and proper positioning of required equipment for smooth operations
- Interaction with other departments including ramp operations, cargo team, operational control center and outside agencies including ramp operations, cargo warehouse, and operations control center to ensure effective communication in order to complete load control tasks safely, accurately, punctually and submit flight records to airlines.

**What we are looking for**
- Degree/Diploma in related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of similar experience
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Basic knowledge of oral and written English and local language as indicated
- Knowledge of ramp and ground operations, OCC operations, radio communications and local required regulations
