Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Brokers/Commission Agents to join our team. This role is purely on incentive basis, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals. You will work independently to identify leads, close sales, and build long-term client relationships, backed by our marketing and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Promote and market properties through various channels (digital, offline, networking).
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Provide market insights and guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
- Achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and commission goals.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in real estate sales/brokerage preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of local real estate market trends (or willingness to learn).
- Own vehicle and smartphone for client visits and communication.
