About the Role:

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Marketing Executives with experience in real estate or construction services to generate leads from individual plot or building owners who require residential construction services. The ideal candidate must be field-ready, persuasive, and experienced in real estate networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach individual plot owners, landowners, and real estate agents
  • Generate qualified leads for residential building construction projects
  • Distribute brochures and explain basic service offerings at site level
  • Visit plotted development areas, property approval zones (BDA/BMC), and real estate hotspots
  • Coordinate with CRM and sales team for timely lead follow-up and conversion
  • Maintain lead tracker and submit daily reports

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–5 years of field experience in real estate marketing or construction lead generation
  • Local area knowledge and good networking skills
  • Strong communication in Odia, Hindi & basic English
  • Must be result-driven, field-active, and self-motivated
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
