As a Paid Media Expert you will responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions and improve the return on investment (ROI) for advertising efforts. As a member of the Global Digital Marketing team, you will be based in Noida and report to the Digital Marketing Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop paid media strategies to meet the business objectives, including traffic generation, lead acquisition, or brand awareness. - Set up campaigns with appropriate budget allocation, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters. - Optimize bid strategies, budgets and audience targeting to ensure maximum ROI and campaign efficiency. - Track and monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per acquisition), conversion rates, etc. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with the design and web development team to create high-converting landing pages that align with ad campaigns. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in media advertising. **Your profile** Education: a degree in Marketing, or a related field **Experience**: - You have 1 or 2 years of digital marketing experience - Experience in a marketing environment is a plus - Experience in a variety of analysis; with a business relevancy mindset - Thinks along on how to grow the business **Skills**: - Strong coordination and project management skills - Ability to generate creative solutions for advertising challenges and customer engagement. - Accuracy in managing campaigns, bidding and tracking conversions is critical - Ability to troubleshoot issues in campaigns, including poor performance or technical issues related to tracking or platform compliance.
