**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, blog posts, and social posts) that aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience preferences.
- **Campaign Execution & Management**: Lead and manage social media campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, including planning content calendars, designing promotional campaigns, and tracking performance.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with the community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Ensure that the company’s brand voice and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms while adapting to each platform’s audience and features.
- **Paid Social Media Advertising**: Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), managing budgets, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and generate reports. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- **Trend Monitoring & Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, features, and industry best practices. Incorporate innovative ideas and new trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Identify and collaborate with social media influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing with a focus on social media platforms.
- Proven track record of growing social media followers, driving engagement, and creating successful campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and understanding of social media paid marketing strategies.
- Expertise in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences in a creative, fun, and authentic way.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve social media performance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving social media landscape.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies.
- Experience with live streaming and other advanced social media features.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
