We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms to identify emerging job trends, analyze their impact on various industries, and develop strategies to help businesses navigate these changes successfully.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content, manage social media channels, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Foster relationships with influencers and monitor industry trends to stay relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions to address the challenges posed by job disruption.
- Create and implement social media campaigns to raise awareness and educate businesses about the need to adapt to changing job markets.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in social media to enhance the effectiveness of job disruption strategies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
