7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social media, messaging platforms, and digital marketing.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
4. Experience managing Telegram and WhatsApp groups is highly desirable.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
10. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
