We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Fresher. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in digital marketing. As an SMM Fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our social media marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including copywriting, image sourcing, and basic graphic design.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling social media posts, managing content calendars, and responding to customer inquiries or comments on social media platforms.
- Assist with community management efforts by engaging with followers, fostering meaningful interactions, and building relationships with our online audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹16,516.63 - ₹20,378.07 per month
