**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for various campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within budget limits while delivering desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to produce creative assets and track performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in running paid digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
