Social Media Content Management:
Plan, create, and curate engaging content for various social media channels.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with SMO objectives.

Implement best practices for content optimization on each platform.

Audience Engagement and Community Building:
Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with the audience on social media.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture social media communities.

Campaign Development and Execution:
Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of SMO strategies.

Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.

Recommend adjustments to optimize future campaigns based on data analysis.

Paid Social Media Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

Monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

Stay informed about changes in advertising platforms and industry trends.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media optimization with a focus on strategy development.

3. Proven success in growing and engaging social media audiences across multiple platforms.

4. In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, advertising platforms, and SMO best practices.

5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,399.51 - ₹39,729.55 per month
