**Profile** - Social Media Marketing

**Location** - Noida Sector 2 B Block

**Experience** - Minimum 1 Year Exp. Social Media Marketing role

**Salary**:

- Up to 20,000

**Qualification** - Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Strategy**: Develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
**Campaign Management**:Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and target audience.
**Brand Awareness**:Increase visibility and engagement with the brand by creating compelling social media posts and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
**Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
**Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyse social media performance, using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights. Generate regular reports on social media metrics and suggest improvements.
**Trend Monitoring**:Stay up-to-date on current social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, adjusting strategies accordingly.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
**Paid Advertising**: Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in social media marketing (2+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
