**Banking Inbound Process - Direct Interview**

**Location**: Marathahalli, Bengaluru

**Experience**: Fresher to 1 year

**Education**: UG / Graduation

**Languages**: English + 1 South Indian Language (Tamil/Malayalam)

**Working Hours**:

- **Female**: 6 AM to 8 PM (any 9-hour shift)
- **Male**: 6 AM to 12 AM (any 9-hour shift)

**Working Days**: 6 days a week with 1 day rotational off

**Hiring Count**: 70+

We are hiring for a reputed Banking client in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. This role involves handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with various banking queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and one South Indian language (Tamil/Malayalam).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
