**Banking Premium Process**

**Location**: Teleperformance Hebbal office - Bangalore

**Experience**: Minimum 1.8 years of overall BPO experience with at least 6 months in the banking domain.

**Education**: Any Graduate

**Languages**: English, Tamil/Malayalam

**Working Days**: 6 Days

**Working Hours**: Rotational Off

**CTC Details**: Over all 1.8 years in BPO, in which minimum 6-month experience in banking domain / BFSI experience mandate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound/outbound calls related to banking products and services.
- Providing customer support and resolving queries effectively.
- Cross-selling and up-selling banking products.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhering to all banking regulations and compliance requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil/Malayalam
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services
