Customer Service Executive

**Role & responsibilities**
- Sending quotations & processing orders.
- Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.
- Coordinate samples delivery for customers.
- Effectively making and managing documentation for
- customers and suppliers for logistics.
- Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
- Proficiency in Excel, Sales force. Google Groups, and related technology.
- Working knowledge of Tally.
- Tender processing knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Must have 4 to 5 years experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.
**Office Timings: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.**
**Saturday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (Alternate Saturdays Off.)**
