Job Brief:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Execute overall offline marketing strategy - Events, IPs, Content Promotions, ETC**
- **Bring ideas and take ownership to execute multiple offline marketing campaigns**
- **Partnering with different offline channels / brands to develop campaigns that drive awareness and engagement of our content and app**
- **Build offline events IP like open-mics, award show, talent hunt etc**
- **Identify & negotiate new vendors in multiple city for offline promotions**
- **Track, report, and optimize the performance of offline campaigns**

Skills Required:

- **Depth understanding of local dialect, culture and user behavior - Haryanvi**
- **Growth and Ownership mindset**
- **Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data**
- **Proven working experience in offline marketing, particularly within the industry with minimum 3 years of experience**
- **Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising offline campaigns that engage, inform and aware**

**STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup comedians, poetry, folk & much more.**

**Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi only as a dialect. It has become the largest OTT in the region by generating 2m+ downloads already.**
