**Role Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our dynamic team in a sales and marketing role. As an integral part of our growth engine, you will help us expand our reach, strengthen brand presence, and engage with customers across digital and offline platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for product and service promotion
- Engage with clients and prospects via calls, DMs, and virtual meetings
- Maintain lead databases and provide regular performance reports
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams for branding and campaign execution
- Attend client meetings (virtual or on-site) and support relationship building

**Preferred Skills & Attributes**
- **Proactive mindset** with a “go-getter” attitude
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing** know-how (basic certifications a plus)
- Strong **English communication** skills - both verbal and written
- Well-connected on social media with a **strong personal network**:

- Highly **dedicated and goal-oriented** - thrives in target-driven environments
- **Self-driven**, with an appetite for learning and career growth
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and basic content creation
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to branding/CSR ideas
- Multilingual fluency or cultural sensitivity is a plus (especially Hindi, Marathi, or Japanese)
