**Telecaller (Internship & Training Course Enrollment)**

We are looking for a Telecaller who can actively approach students and encourage them to enroll in our internship and training programs. The role involves using company-provided data as well as sourcing additional student data to maximize outreach and conversions.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Contact potential students via phone calls to promote and explain our internship and training courses.
- Utilize company-provided data and also source additional student leads to increase enrollment opportunities.
- Persuade students to enroll by clearly explaining course benefits and career growth opportunities.
- Independently research and collect student contact data from various sources.
- Follow up with interested students and handle inquiries effectively.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Meet daily/weekly enrollment targets.
- **Requirements**:_
- Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or student counseling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to independently source data and expand student outreach.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving enrollments.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) are a plus.
