**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
- Explain details of aviation programs such as Advanced Diploma, Aviation courses.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources (online, walk-ins, campaigns, etc.).
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle queries in a professional manner and ensure a positive student experience.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead nurturing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Interest or background in aviation or education is a plus.
