Job Description

We are currently searching for a skilled and dedicated Telecaller to promote and sell our phone cases. This position is ideal for someone with a robust ability to engage and persuade potential customers, using their detailed understanding of our products and the needs of customers in the mobile accessories sector.

Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to promote and sell our phone cases through telecalling. The role involves effectively communicating the benefits of our products to potential customers, using a combination of a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences and strong persuasive abilities in order to convert these calls into sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Using effective communication skills to engage potential customers and explain product benefits
  • Using persuasive abilities to turn calls into sales
  • Demonstrating a good understanding of customer needs and preferences in mobile accessories
  • Maintaining a positive attitude throughout the process
