**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Monitor customer usage and provide insights and recommendations to improve their experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.
- Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system.
- Provide training and support to customers as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to customer success.
- Assist with client onboarding tasks working with various internal/external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage customer data and interactions.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of MS Excel functions with formulas and Power UI.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
