Customer Success Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our clients' success. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide top-notch service and address their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates welcome to apply.
  • Preferred: Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.

Benefits & Expectations:

  • Rotational Shifts (Female employees – day shifts until 8 PM; Male employees – full rotational shifts).
