
Customer Experience Advocate

As a Support Specialist in our Voice Process team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients via inbound and outbound calls and emails. You will record interactions using a client system with proper classification, refer to a knowledge base, and perform tasks as per defined processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Record interactions using the client system with proper classification
- Refer to the knowledge base and perform tasks as per defined processes
- Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree is a Must
- Intermediate computer operating skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Beginner Avaya/Phone operating skills
- Fluent in Spoken and written English with effective Business Communication
- Active listening and probing skills
- Basic knowledge of Insurance
